Nolan's Neutral Nursery

Happy Wednesday!  And I'm happy to be back on the blog sharing some way over due pics! 

I'm finally getting around to sharing our second son's nursery! 

Our baby, Nolan, is now basically a toddler...but life gets busy and blog life is hard to get to when you have your hands full! My goal was to keep the room light and bright while utilizing a lot of existing furniture we had from our other son's nursery.  

I fell in love with this horse print from Minted and decided that would be the color scheme for the room.  I had it framed by Framebridge.  It was so easy and they did an amazing job! 

I painted the letters myself but used these cardboard letters as the base - so inexpensive!

I also painted these book shelves as they were originally a bright green.  I love the statement they make!  I got them at World Market but doesn't look like they have them on their site anymore.

I ended up getting a blackout roman shade after I took these pics because, you know, sleep is #1!  If you're in the market, we have these in both boy's rooms.  They are great because you can keep up decorative curtains and have these as your base.
